How we use your Personal Data

- Personalized Advertising Results:

- to determine whether you have seen a particular advertisement before so as to avoid sending you duplicate advertisements.
- Fraud Detection:We will use primarily Technical Data, Session Data and Usage Data, but may also make use of other types of Personal Data to identify fraud and malicious activity on the Site;
- Data Analytics:We will use your Personal Data for the following purposes;
- to understand the patterns of people who see advertisements;
- to provide insights and report back to our Partners, including statistical reporting in connection with activity on a website or mobile application, optimization of location of ad placement, ad performance, reach and frequency metrics, billing, and logging ads served on a particular day to a particular website or application;

This Technology is not used by us to build a profile of a user’s behavior nor is it used by us for the purposes of behavioral tracking or behavioral targeting.
- Research:To conduct research;
- Cookie assignment:To assign your computer one or more cookies when you visit one of our Partner websites, which enable us and our Partners to deliver targeted advertisements to you. This form of advertising is called “behavioral advertising” or “interest-based advertising.” We believe that such advertising is helpful because you will see ads that are relevant to your interests. Who we share your Personal Data with
We may share the Personal Data that we collect about you with certain third parties in the following circumstances:
- Third-Party Service Providers:We use third-party business partners, operational service providers and subcontractors (“Service Providers”) to help us to operate and provide the Site Offerings and to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements. Opting-Out of E-mail Marketing, Telemarketing and SMS MarketingWe will use your Personal Data to send you advertising and marketing materials via e-mail, text message and telephone. Please note that when you provide us with your contact details you are indicating you interest for our products and services, and we can therefore market our similar products or services to you unless you opt-out of receiving them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your direct requests for Site Offerings, as well as to respond to any inquiry or request made by you. To opt-out of receiving Site Offerings-related and/or inquiry response-related messages from QuickJobFinder™, you must cease requesting and/or cease submitting inquiries to QuickJobFinder™ as applicable.
Opting-Out of Interest-Based AdvertisingAs noted above, the Technology uses cookies. You can change your browser settings to delete or disable cookies. If you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to use certain features of the Site Offerings, certain features on our Partner websites that you visit and/or take full advantage of the Technology. You might be able to disable some, but not all, cookie tracking activity by utilizing the “Do Not Track” setting or feature with your internet browser.
Users can opt-out of receiving personalized ads from us and other third party advertisers and ad networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). The NAI’s opt-out tool can be found here http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.

Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Information
At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what Personal Data we have on file for you; (b) update the Personal Data that we have on file for you; and/or (c) delete Personal Data that we hold on you. Before processing such requests, we will ask users to identify themselves and specify the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes). Please be advised that by deleting your Personal Data you may terminate your access to certain of the Site Offerings. If you wish to continue using the full range of Site Offerings, you may not be able to delete all of the Personal Data that we have on file for you.
Please be further advised that, after you delete your Personal Data, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
Security of Your Personal Data
We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users’ Personal Data. When you provide Personal Data to us, your Personal Data is protected both online and offline (to the extent that we maintain any personal information offline). Where our registration/application process prompts users to enter sensitive information such as driver license details, ID card numbers, health insurance information, data collected from an automated license plate recognition system, and credit card information, such data will be encrypted with advanced TLS (Transport Layer Security) when it is stored and transmitted.

Please be advised, however, that while we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no storage facility, technology, software, security protocols or data transmission over the Internet or via wireless networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Computer hackers that circumvent our security measures may gain access to personal information, and technological bugs, errors and glitches may cause inadvertent disclosures of your Personal Data; provided, however, that any attempt to breach the security of the network, our servers, databases or other hardware or software may constitute a crime punishable by law.
